The Bollen Baker was born in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, from a small home and home oven that produced warm bollen daily for family and close friends. The aroma of butter filling the room became the beginning of our dream: to present premium bollen that are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor.

However, our journey was not always smooth. After being inactive due to production limitations, that spirit burned again in early 2025. We started again from scratch, this time in a small rented kitchen. With the same determination, we slowly built customer trust and expanded our ordering reach.

Early 2025 became a crucial point — we moved to a larger home kitchen, enough to meet daily quotas and maintain the quality of every bollen that comes out of our oven.
